Self Repairing Roll Up


Design: Simple, basic, robust and functional design.
Compactness: Ideal for applications with reduced side room and headroom.
Vision: 1 row of rectangular vision panels with rounded corners are supplied as standard. Additional windows are available on request.
Customisation: Silk screen printing, digital prints and logos on curtains are available on request.


Opening Speed: Up to 2.0m/s – Controlled via an inverter (single phase only)
Self Repairing: In the event of impact the cogged sided edges allows the curtain to come out of the guides, then automatically resets itself after one cycle, with no intervention, minimising any potential damages occurring to the curtain.
Safety: Curtain without stiffeners and with soft bottom edge Photocells and wireless resistive bottom safety edges.
Additional Safety Cell: One photo cell located in the canopy, which monitors the curtain is unwinding on the actual barrel.
Sealing: Due to the cog / zipper system used, extremely reduced air and water permeability is achieved.
Conservation: Use high speed doors to optimise logistics, provide insulation by eliminating drafts of air and heat loss, reduce noise pollution and dust.


Use: Suitable for intensive and continuous use applications.
Solidity: The frame / canopy is made from 2mm galvanised steel, making the structure very strong, sturdy and self supporting – with no welded parts.
Lifetime: Tested in working conditions to over 2.5 million cycles, with excellent results.
Resistance: Wind load and differences in pressure up to Class 2 (EN12424) when tested in the fully closed position. Operational wind loads will vary dependent on door size & installation accuracy.

Alternative Activation Options

Induction loops, motion detectors, pull cords, remote controls, photocells, badge readers, code keyboards, no touch push buttons.

GFA Option

220 V single phase with inverter. Electronic card controlled without interfaces, directly on board. Available operating modes: automatic with closing timer or deadman mode. IP 55. Cycle counter on control card. Powder coated steel board box. Stainless as an optional extra.


Maximum Dimensions: 6000mm x 5400mm WxH
Frame/Guides: 2mm thick galvanised steel. Stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 available as an optional extra (powder coating is available as an optional extra)
Roller: Galvanised steel
Motor: Standard industrial high speed door motor and controller. Option for GfA motor and control equipment available.
Curtain: Polyester fabric, coated by coloured PVC (to choose colours see the chart) 900 g/m2. Insulated as an optional extra. Emergency exit made in the curtain itself as an optional extra . Antistatic curtain as an optional extra. (1500g/m2 insulated material available on request)
Vision: Rectangular vision panels with rounded corners. Horizontal and vertical transparent sections are available as an optional extra.
Override: By cranks, counterweights optional
Standard: Compliant with EN 13241
Air Permeability: Class 2 EN 12425
Water Permeability: Class 2 EN 12425
Temperatures: From – 20°C up to + 50°C
