New Year New Doors at Indupart
As we come towards the end of 2020, a testing and difficult year for all businesses, Indupart will look back on these testing times, as positively changing the way we do business
During the initial lockdown, we had to take time, to put procedures in place, to protect our customers and our staff, whilst maintaining the quality of our level of service, essential to our customer base, who remained very busy, servicing essential emergency sites, hospitals, distribution warehouses, etc.
Logistics
With changes to our procedures in place, our depots in Stockport, Hemel Hempstead, Bristol, and Glasgow continue to supply the Industrial Door Industry, with Industrial Doors and essential components, for the service and repair of all types of Industrial Doors.
In addition to our depots, Indupart’s fleet of 7 vehicles, continue to deliver to our customers, nationwide, using contactless delivery as much as possible. Over 95% of deliveries are now carried out on our own vehicles, as we believe that this is the perfect way to ensure your orders arrive safely and in good condition.
New Products
At Indupart, we are never complacent, even during these difficult times. We have put additional work into our website www.indupart.co.uk and added several new major products, including distributing Kingspan’s SafeDefence range of protection products.
Indupart Training
We have also implemented online sales training courses to give non-engineering staff an overview of different types of industrial doors, their components and the “do’s” and “don’ts” of the industry.
Our practical Training facility had to close for 12 weeks, which enabled us to implement all the required safety measures. We felt it necessary, to reduce the amount of training seminars we offer, to enable a deep clean after each course. This, of course, has meant that the training courses are filling up extremely quickly! Contact our training team for details of training courses and availability.
