The Rigid Frame is constructed from 50 x 50 steel box section powder coated to prevent corrosion. The frame is then covered in heavy duty PVC coated on both sides. The roof will be peaked to the side frames to allow drainage. Finished on the face with anodised aluminium angle to secure the curtains. The frame are supported by sturdy shelter brackets secured to the wall and finished in safety yellow powder coating.

Poly-Vinyl Chloride (PVC) 3mm heavy duty material is used in the designed not only for its resistance to the elements but also its durability against abrasion. The robust material is bolstered by a double layer of polyester woven matting enabling it to resist piercing and tears and provides excellent support and resistance.

Side Curtains have 1000mm x 100mm yellow guide stripe. Head curtain have rounded corners. All curtains have additional shock cord straps to minimise wind deflection in non loading periods.
