As a supplier of replacement parts to the trade, Indupart also stocks a vast range of parts for the doors we sell. Indupart mainly uses Kingspan panels on our sectional doors. Kingspan is one of the largest cladding and roofing panel suppliers in the UK, so Indupart sectional doors can be manufactured to match your cladding choice.

There are a lot of benefits to choosing Indupart doors with Kingspan panels, not limited to, but including:

ii)Good thermal insulation (0.45W/m2 on typical 40mm thick panels)

Sectional doors open on tracks that go back into the building. It is essential to know the available headroom to custom make the tracking system to suit.

Typical headroom requirements (above the clear structural height):

Standard lift = 500mm
Vertical lift = Opening height + 500mm
High Lift = available headroom is greater than 500mm but less than Opening height + 500mm
Low headroom -> 250 – 300mm

While Indupart’s standard sectional match specifications of most sectionals available in the UK market, the ThermalSafe door sets a new standard for sectionals as it was the first door in the UK to achieve Class 4air permeability per EN 12426.

This improves the seal of the door to the building structure and reduces the airflow between through the door seals by a factor of 4 when compared to standard sectional doors (from 12 -> 3 m3/m2*h).

In short, the ThermalSafe is an energy-saving door.

No problem, Indupart offer a range Panoramic Sectional Overhead Doors

This is a very common problem. The solution is the Cube Compact Door, a stacking sectional door that doesn’t need backtracks.

As well as a high-speed sectional door, the Sprint, Indupart offer a range of IPR flexible high-speed doors.

The Run, a conventional high-speed typically used to separate internal bays.

The FlexiRun is a high-speed door that uses a zipper system on the curtainand guides to self-repair should vehicular traffic knock out the bottom bar of the curtain from the guide rails.

The Belt door is recommended for external openings. Supplied as standard as a class 2 wind loading (EN 12424), can be upgraded to class 3on request. The Belt the door can be supplied up to 20,000 mm wide x 12,000 mm high.

To coin a phrase, the Foodsafe “does what it says on the tin”, a door designed specifically for the food-safe environment, this door can be washed down (IP65 control equipment), PE guides and support, stainless steel canopies, plus the curtain can be supplied in an FDA approved PU

As well as a range of certified 1, 2, or 4 hour rated fire shutters, Indupart offers a wide range of domestic, commercial, or industrial roller shutter doors.
